dear all fitbit owners,
i encounter an error saw on my fitbit charge 2 when i check on the calories burnt for yesterday 13 Dec.
I found that my total calories burnt was 1921, which is way lower than my normal. My BMR is already around above 2000, so it doesnt makes sense that even though i had my usual brisk walking in the evening my total calories burnt can be lower than 2000.
I went to the detail "Calories burn" screen to see the graph and found that between morning to13:30 hours, the app only register 3 calories per 15 mins.
I got the screen shot but didnt see any option her to attach my print screen.
what could be the cause of this error? is i possible to rectify this?
just for your info my past calories was averaging about 2800 and on some days i go above 3000.
Below are the numbers:
13 Dec Friday: 1921
12 Dec Thurs: 3255
11 Dec Wed: 3559
10 Dec Tues: 2866
11 Dec Mon: 3497
10 Dec Sun: 2860
any advice on how i can fix this is greatly appreciated
thanks!

To attach screen shot, at least from web browser, tap the camera icon just above the text input box.
