I saw and enjoyed the new function appearing in the app after an update about a week ago. However, after have seen it working for 1 day, the graph now stays empty. How can I get this to work again?
Best AnswerI had this happen after an iOS update. Rebooted the charge 4 watch and it is working again. Had tried reinstalling the app, restarting the phone with no result. Reboot the watch from the Settings screen, scroll down to About and scroll down the restart. Good luck.
Best AnswerI confirm the reboot is working for Charge 4 too. Here's my short history:
Note: I am not a premium user.
Look at the main/clock screen on the device, move your finger left to swipe right 3 screens, Settings is there. Tap settings, scroll down, tap About, scroll down, tap Reboot
Best AnswerCracked my screen on my charge 3. So upgraded to charge 4. Still no oxygen variation, but my husbands charge 3 still shows the data.
The biggest question is no one at Fitbit responding to the reasons for this!!!!
Same problem. Lost oxygen variation information on my Versa-2 device. Worked for me after the restart. Thank you for your help.
Best AnswerI've also lost the EOV graph since 13 september. I have an Android phone and the last update was on the 10th (don't know if it's related to that). On the 19th the graph came back again for one day and then it was gone again. So I don't see the data anymore. I will try to reboot as suggested here. fingers crossed.
That worked for me with my versa 2 after trying for days to get it to work. Thanks!
