Exercise not showing up in app dashboard

I walked on the treadmill for 90 minutes. Rested for a few minutes then took the dogs on a two mile walk. I used track my exercise on my phone durning the walk. On the dashboard in the weekly exercise tab I see my two mile walk from the track my exercise, but do not see my 90 minutes on the treadmill. In dashboard I do see that the steps and cals burned for the 90 minutes on the treadmill are accounted for, but in the weekly exercise tab I do not see any info for the 90 minutes on the treadmill. I would love to see my heart beat info, etc. How do I recover that info?

Having the same issue. 3 days ago the dashboard showed 6 of 5 days exercised and now all of the sudden nothing even though I've been walking continuously for 30 minutes each day.

Hey, @abelimages@cjpowers22@mauveirene! Welcome aboard! Heart Hmmm..this is very weird. Thanks for reporting this, provide me as much details as you can and screenshots so I can investigate a little further. Have you checked that you are running the latest version of the App? You can check this on your App store, the latest one was released a few days ago and it is 2.26.1. Also you can try to log out from the App, reboot your phone and then log back in.

I hope this helps, let me know! Cat Wink

Hi - thanks for responding. Yes it is, but sometimes delayed for a while. But like others have said tiles just don't update. So my sleep, calories and 250+ steps remain the same as I scroll back through the days. For those 3 tiles, whatever the values are for today, then are repeated for yesterday, day before etc. Never used to do this but others have reported the same.

This is happening to me too for past few days with charge2.

Before today it has corrected itself when phone shutdown/restarted, but not today.

Have logged out of app, shut down phone etc, still not sync in excercise tab.  Steps and calories burnt are working.

Only a short 30 mins on treadmill today, but still would love to see it towards my goals etcwp_ss_20161212_0002.png

Maybe I don't understand this but the +250 steps per hour, calories and sleep tiles, for example, never change even as you step back through the history e.g. left arrow to go to yesterday. Should they not update to show previous days or do those tiles only show today's results? The calories, steps, minutes and floors do update as you step back through the history. Thanks.

My dashboard  tiles for exercise, sleep and 250+ steps also don't update when I use the back arrow to,previous days. Have to tap onto individual tiles to go into back history.. this was not the case when I first got the tracker - it's only 9 months old and also the button housing has dropped of and remains loose. Very tricky to remove tracker and charge . Not a happy bunny at all.!

@gavlaar & @mauveirene that's a very good observation guys! Actually, if you guys are using the new Android dashboard preview then please keep in mind that the tiles below the daily stats tile show your most recent information, even if you're looking at your stats for another day. To view your stats for a previous day, tap the individual tiles to see your history. Hope this helps, let me know! Smiley Happy

Yes. you do have to tap the tiles to call up the previous day/days history.
but not just on an android device - mine is an iphone 4 and I found I had
to do that. I guess its all about change and update!!!

Hello SolangeFitBit,

I have followed the steps you outlined below with no success. I believe I am experiencing the same issue as the first member to post. I have an exercise goal of 3 days per week. I have fulfilled that using the activity tracker (hold down the button to start and stop) and it's showing 0 of 3 days exercised on the app. On the dashboard accessed through my computer, I can see the activities and their duration/calories, etc. However, the problem is that the information is not syncing with my iPhone app. I have the newest version of the app (as per the App Store) and have researted my device. I have also synced it with my computer. Nothing. Please help!

Hello, @LaurenMalCat Tongue Thanks for being here.  Hmm..in this case please check that you are running the latest version of the App. After this try to log out and back in from it and if the issue persists after this, please send me screenshots of your online dashboard (using the computer) vs your mobile dashboard.

Keep me updated! Man Tongue
