I walked on the treadmill for 90 minutes. Rested for a few minutes then took the dogs on a two mile walk. I used track my exercise on my phone durning the walk. On the dashboard in the weekly exercise tab I see my two mile walk from the track my exercise, but do not see my 90 minutes on the treadmill. In dashboard I do see that the steps and cals burned for the 90 minutes on the treadmill are accounted for, but in the weekly exercise tab I do not see any info for the 90 minutes on the treadmill. I would love to see my heart beat info, etc. How do I recover that info?

Are there any fitbit admins reading these threads? I just bought my charge 2 today and I'm already having issues with the steps not showing up in the app. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, rebooted phone, turned Bluetooth on and off again. None of these actions have fixed the issue. Very frustrating considering it's brand new

I've had the same problem and it's taken me 2 days to finally get it to sync. I had to 'unpair' then pair it up again, but it has lost some infirmation. It has recorded my 45min walk but hasn't synched the 54min HIIT class although it showed it had recorded it on the band. Am I able to manually input it and if so how? This is the second time this had happened since I got it last Christmas.

I unpaired mine and followed the steps to restart. I also uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. I then went through the sheet up again and it worked. Make sure your battery isn't too low when you sync it and don't leave it too long between syncing as I think that's where I lost my data. Hope it helps if not get in touch with fitbit as its only 2.5wks old.

Hello everyone! Thanks for sharing the experience you are having with your exercises not showing in the Fitbit app dashboard.
In this case I'd recommend checking the threshold time you have set up for SmartTrack on the Fitbit app:
You can lower the duration for these exercises to get tracked. That should help you out. For example, if it is set up to 15 minutes; try setting it up for 10 minutes.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

Go to your "Account" and make sure the "All day sync" field is "On". This provides all day updates for all fields during the day.

I have 6 exercise items in my list for this week. 3 walks above the 15 min threshold I have configured, and 3 15 min yoga sessions. My total exercise count is only 3 rather than 6. On other weeks the same 15 minute yoga session counted and the walks being above 15 mins should count. Any info as to why my count is off this week?

Sorry I should have specified... I am using the Android app, with a Flex 2. It says last sync was moments ago and all day is already on.
I don't imagine it would be an issue with the sync anyway as the individual exercise items are listed in the app, the total number of exercise sessions just doesn't reflect what is in that list

Gah! Of course! Thank you @Elaine17120. This is so obvious to me now. I kept looking at the word 'days' and yet it didn't compute that my total # of days is only 3 with 2 exercise sessions per day for 3 days. Sigh. Face palm.
