I have had a problem with my fitbit Charge 3. So, today i went on to chat with someone from customer support and i was very happy with the help i was given. Although they weren't able to fix my poorly tracker they gave me lots of help and support and a replacement has now been given.
Fantastic Fitbit customer service, Thank you 5*****.
