My charge 2 no longer gives me notification of texts and phone numbers or heart beat in real time. All the other real time date works. The dashboard shows the charge 2 connected but when you look at notifications it says it needs to be paired to the iPhone.

Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications or heart rate data. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try these suggestions to help enable notifications.

That worked great thank you for your help 👍 did not even need to rest phone or device just forgot charge 2 and then paired again
