So I’m very happy with my new Apple Watch after being blown off and edited out by Fitbit customer service. Run don’t walk away from buying another Fitbit product where they launch new software to product which kills your watch just out of warranty. Wonder if it was intentional? Shame on you Fitbit.

Hi @Don-Edmonton  you last posted here January 16, 2018. So, you went with Apple? A friend of mine received an Apple Watch from her husband for Christmas. She misses the reliability of the Fitbit, but to keep peace in the family, she wears the Apple. Fitbit has never deliberately made a device not work once it's out of warranty. I'm not sure why you came back to post unless you miss Fitbit,too.
