Anyone that can help my screen went black but green lights still flashing and when pressed buzzes

Hi @Craig70 hope you are doing well! 

First I would like to thank you for reaching out to us on fitbit support. Since the green lights are still flashing and your fitbit still buzzes when pressed,I suggest connecting your Fitbit to its given charger and then holding the button located on the side until the fitbit logo appears. Usually hold it for 10-12 seconds. Once the logo disappears, that means it has restarted. Once restarted try holding the button until your fitbit turns back on.
