Fitbit 3 useless

Fitbit will not count steps correctly 

5000 steps is less than half a mile   

Also randomly tracks bike rides or only tracks 3 miles of 20 mile ride. Have been corresponding  on job number  35007461 for 3 weeks. All I want is a working fitbit 3 or my money back in accordance with UK law. Can somebody please listen and Fix

Today 500 steps 1.97 miles but I never walked,climbed 20 floors in a bungalow and it is only 12 00    gmt.

Does anybody from fitbit bother

No sadly not and no help from customer services either

Today twice to toilet early in morning approx 40 foot each way maximum

Fitbit has 380 steps and. 19 of a mile covered.

Then 13 niles on a bicycle and no distance recorded.

Sadly this item is a joke at the moment

Still just anodyne replies to more than 30 emails and refusal to confirm whether they will conform to UK law regarding "fit for purpose"
