My Fitbit app (on my phone) is unresponsive. It won't allow me to set up a workout, check past workouts etc. Any tips on how to get it up and running again. I've tried turning the the phone off and on.

@jobye - you probably don’t need to go through quite so many steps as suggested above initially at least - this issue has been known about by FitBit for over 7 months now, but they don’t seem to be making any effort to fix it sadly! The fix that has worked for others (including me) is:
- log out of the app, and force-quit on your phone.
- restart the phone
- open and log back in to the app.
This fix was found on another board on this forum, and seem to work for most people.
less risk of losing data if the device has not synced to the phone, and less time consuming overall.

My device did this again this morning - part way through tracking a walk, the app stopped tracking, and then went unresponsive. I have now asked on another thread what is happening about a fix for this long-term known issue.

Thank you for responding. I logged off the app and logged in again and it's sorted it out for now.
