i am using the charge 3 and recently the battery is draining very fast and not lasting for more than one day from its 100% charge. before it was lasting almost for 5 to 6 days on full charge. the version of the charge 3 is 28.20001.88.11 IC:8542A

This is happening to me also? I got a replacement from Fitbit as my other one starting getting lines across the screen. I started using the new one and the charge is exactly the same as yours.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 batteries are draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

thanks Alvaro for your feedback, it is not the matter of charging. the unit is getting charged 100% in full, the problem is the battery draining fast
