My battery got low, so I plugged it into charge. It's not registering the charger and won't charge. I tried multiple outlets. Multiple charging box things. Even tried a friends charge 3 charger. It just won't connect and won't charge. I'm at 2 percent battery. Please help. Purchased in April.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not charging and thank you for trying different charging ports. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.
