I'd like to buy a Xiaomi Mi A1. So I want to know, if my Charge 2 ist compatible with this Smartphone.

Any experiences?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Sfit1993! I'm afraid to say that the Xiaomi Mi A1 isn't included in the Fitbit compatible devices. See below the Xiaomi devices that work with the Fitbit App:

Since the device is not listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added. If by any chance you have another compatible device, computer/Mac you can definitely sync through those devices.

I really appreciate your understanding while our Fitbit team works to improve this experience!

Hi I have a Xiaomi A2 Lite that did work OK until the Android 9 (pie) update. Now will not sync or connect. The fitbit app is obviously broken on Android 9!

yes, I am using Mi A1 - After Android 9 update I can't connect with charge 2.

Hi, I had a similar problem. See if you can borrow a another older android version phone (ideally from the 'Compatible' phone list) from family/friend to install the fit bit app, and log in, connect and then sync. Then hopefully, back on your Mi A1 it will start to work again.  This fixed the problem for me (using a Moto G5 on Android 8.1).

You can then uninstall the app from the other phone.

@Groby Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that you can't sync your device with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Let me know how it goes.

We also have a Xiaomi Mi A1 that initially worked but stopped pairing via Bluetooth after upgrading to Android 9 (Pie). Reported here, please vote for it if you like:
