Fitbit Charge 2 Won't Automatically Sync

Recently, I have noticed my Fitbit is not syncing automatically throughout the day.  The only time it will sync is if I open the app.  I'm on the latest iOS version.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @BPHusker! Let's try the following steps to bring back the "All-Day Sync" feature:

• Go to your Fitbit App and turn off "All-Day Sync" 
• Log out of your Fitbit App
• Force quit the App
• Restart your Charge 2, 3 times in a row 
• Turn off the Bluetooth
• Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
• Turn on the Bluetooth
• Log back into your Fitbit App
• Turn on "All-Day Sync"

Now, test your app and tracker to see if your device syncs periodically throughout the day. Keep me posted!

Well @BPHusker, your tracker syncs automatically every 15 to 30 minutes. You can also initiate a sync whenever you like if your tracker is nearby. If you're using an iOS or Android mobile device, you can sync your tracker from the Fitbit app dashboard by touching your tracker image at the top of the screen and pulling down.

Still no luck using this sequence of actions... 

The app has been updated this morning and the phone (iphone 7) is also up to date.

Same!  I've deleted the app and reinstalled, reset my Fitbit Charge 2.  So frustrating!!!!  For the first few months I had it, it worked perfectly....

I'm having the problem with my Huawei P30 pro. It's so frustrating. And even when I log in the app to sync it can take ages... Anyone had any luck solving this?

mine just stopped syncing and it dies 1/2 day.

My Charge 2 also stopped syncing automatically. It only syncs when I open the app and manually sync. I shouldn't have to do that. It seems like something changed recently that broke automatic syncing.
