My Fitbit Charge 2 tracker has been adding steps from the previous day instead of resetting to zero to start tracking for a new day. I have tried syncing it and resetting it but it continues to add steps from the beginning of the week. Help!!!

@AS103 It's great to see you in the Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not resetting at midnight. This is rather odd that happens for several days and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Do you have any third party app linked to your account? Have you manually logged any activities on your account? Could you share a screenshot of the activities area? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. You could also try changing the time zone for your tracker, save and sync then change it back again.

I look forward to your reply.
