Fitbit Charge 2 doesn't work at all

I gave my Fitbit charge 2 to my daughter since I got myself a new one. She installed the app and a few minutes later, the watch went completely black. The charger doesn't vibrate when I want to do a reset of the watch. The green light on the back doesn't go on however the watch was almost fully loaded when she wore it. How can we solve this problem? Thanks for your help.
