Fitbit - Charge 2 reading/listening hr from app

Hello,

I am looking for some user experience with the fitbit charge 2 and the (im)possibilities with it 🙂 

I was looking for a heart rate monitoring device, as i thought, why am i doing this i allready have a charge 2. So i tried during running, but i found it not that user friendly to check my heart rate: tapping on the screen and trying to read it whilst running, not that practable. So i was wondering is it possible to hear it throuhg an app in which zone you are for example? I am completely new in such, the only experience i had from the past was with my garmin 800 on the bike and a cheap watch (that didnt last for long).

Thank you for your inquiry. Currently this isn't possible but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
