Fibit charge 2 screen is not working but the green lights are dimly lit even when I am not wearing it. 

Tried connecting to a charger but its not charging and not restarting as well. 

Kindly help asap.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this. Since the issuer persist please let our Support team know about it. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with them to find a solution.
