Hi,
Have a Charge 2, it went out of battery while in Sweden on a trip. Back in Norway I charged it, and suddenly I discovered the time was wrong. Time-zone in Swedens vs Norway is the same.
Time now 10:28, on Charge 2: 05:17
I also changed phone earlier and did not activate the Charge 2 in the app. I wanted to do that as I think I then will be able to change time-zone/fix the tie issue.
Setting up the Charge 2, I find the tracker, I receive a 4 digit code on the Charge 2, but after adding the code in the app, I get a message "not working?". This might be bacuase of the time difference?
I need help! Want both Charge 2 setup on app, and correct time.
Please advise me.

I once had this problem, took a couple days to rest. I put on charger and held the button down to reset. I did this a couple times...eventually it reset itself...took like a week. But holding down the button is a way to reset.
