All of a sudden this morning my Fitbit will not sync with my iPhone 6.
It worked last night but not now.
My phone can't even seem to connect to it.
HELP!!!!!

Same for mee. I restarted my fitbit (Charge2). I restarted my Iphone (7). I switched bluetooth off and on. I disconnected my fitbit from bluetooth. I installed the latest IOS version on the Iphone. I took care no other bluetooth devices are close. All of this multiple times....

I finally fixed the issue by deleting the app then reinstalling it. Synced immediately.

The same thing is happening to me too.
Is this Fit Bit's way of making us upgrade?
sort of like apple phones did a few years ago and got caught.

I also did not lose my past history. My data since friday (the day syncing stopped) have been uploaded immediately. Ans data from befordnare also accessible.

Well, this would be a bizarre way to promote new upgrades of fitbit. I was on the brink of buying a new fitness tracker - but from another brand!
I primarily find it stupid that this solution - reinstall the app- is not mentioned on their help-site.

I had tried all the above suggestions as well multiple times and finally I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and that worked me for.
