My fitbit charge 2 has stopped syncing with the app on my Sony Xperia x. The fitbit is still working as usual and recording steps etc however any time I try to sync it nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling and then re-installing the app and setting the fitbit up as a new device but it still won't sync. It is still being recognised on Bluetooth and it says it has found my device but then nothing happens. Any help on how to fix this would be much appreciated.

I have tried all of your suggestions but my iPad still will not sync properly. It has been three days. Strangely it is showing calories, but no steps or anything else.

My Charge 2 also won't sync. Phone can't even see it as an available bluetooth. Is there any way to sync to my computer (macbook) in the mean time? I'm worried about losing my data!!!

My HR2 drops connection a couple of times a day....and sincerely I do not want to reset my iPhone just for this not even knowing if it will work....as the battery shows signs of age as well.....as soon as it is out I will switch over to a Garmin Fenix 6......
The little HR2, and the HR before, have been, notwithstanding a lot of trouble due to complete failures (albeit this have always been addressed with great diligence by the Fitbit customer care staff and resolved to full satisfaction) my companions for now almost 5 years....but this Bluetooth issue is really annoying and I am not really ready to have to cope with it.....

If my device is able to sync my other Fitbit my Fitbit One how could my device supposedly not being compatible be a factor for why my Charge II won't sync ?

Again if my Fitbit app is able to sync my other Fitbit my Fitbit One wouldn't that me the app has been updated

I'm asking this because of your reply to the other person ?

The complaints on here for not syncing, is overwhelming. My issue is still not resolved. Instead of being fobbed off with 'bluetooth incompatibility' or other reasons, what exactly are Fitbit doing about it to improve not only your products but customer satisfaction?

Sometimes resetting my devices works when I am trying to sync my Charge 2, and sometimes it does not. Sometimes, I have to reset multiple times to get it to sync.
