I have misplaced my fitbit.  Now the date and time is incorrect. I have followed the steps, but it keeps on saying battery empty although the battery is fully charged

Hi, @Erilene! Once you sync the tracker to your phone, the battery indicator and the date and time should all be corrected.

Hi, thanks for your reply, but nothing happens on the fitbit.  I am clueless on what to do next as i have done everything that i could possibly do.  Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
