Hi Everyone,
Ive had my Fitbit Charge 3 for nearly a week now and was working fine up until last night.
When I woke up this morning the screen was not working and it wasn’t syncing with the app.
One the back of the device, there is a green and red light constantly flashing.
Ive tried pressing the side buttons and I have tried putting it on charge but neither are working.
Does anyone one have any tips on what to do?
Thanks

I had the same issue (unresponsive touch screen) today. For me the issue seemed to be with the clock face. I went to the app (on my computer as I never got the thing to sync properly with my phone) and started the process of changing the clock face. It said that the previous face had not fully loaded. (Strange, as I've had it on that one for months.) In any event I said "yes" to finish downloading the clock face and it is back to normal.
I'd say try to change the clock face on the app. That seems to work some kind of magic.
Tried suggestion to put fitbit on charge and press and hold button in on the side at the same time. After 5-8 seconds the smiley face appeared and screen returned to normal. 'THANK YOU' for the information.
Put it on charge, make sure you can feel it vibrate to say it's not the connectors, and hold the button u til you see the smiley face 🙂 took about 20 seconds for me wbencustomer support suggested 10, but it worked!
How the heck are you supposed to hold the button down while connected to the charger? The charger blocks the button!
Best AnswerI don't know how you are not able. Please check the click during the charge. and press the "hole" to arrive to the button. it's easy.
Best AnswerCheers saved my mum loads of stress but now she’s not up to her steps. She’s livid due to the malfunction 🤪

Best AnswerI changed my face and my screen came back but I lost all of today’s stats, but I’m happy my screen is back
Best AnswerActually putting it on the charger and holding the button down for 10 seconds did the trick for me.
