Hi Everyone,
Ive had my Fitbit Charge 3 for nearly a week now and was working fine up until last night.
When I woke up this morning the screen was not working and it wasn’t syncing with the app.
One the back of the device, there is a green and red light constantly flashing.
Ive tried pressing the side buttons and I have tried putting it on charge but neither are working.
Does anyone one have any tips on what to do?

I have plugged it into the recharger and tried to reset it three times. Unresponsive.
It will not scroll or do anything other than give me a heart rate.
My next step will be to take a hammer to it. Will that work?
Best AnswerSorry to hear that changing the clock face didn't work...keep trying all the different ones hopefully one will work for you. If all fails take it back to where you purchased it from and get a replacement or refund.

Best AnswerI have a similar problem except that my fitbit charge 3’s screen isn’t working.
i presses the side button but only got a buzz, no screen activity whatsoever.
ive tried holding the button down for 8 secs like it says on the website, charging on my pc but it just buzzes, the green light lights up like it usually does when I put my skin against it and then turns off again, I synced it on my phone and it told me my stats like it should. Basically everything works completely normally it’s just the screen won’t light up.
im quite annoyed about this as I got the watch for my birthday about 3 weeks ago.
anyone got a solution to much problem?
