Hi Everyone,
Ive had my Fitbit Charge 3 for nearly a week now and was working fine up until last night.
When I woke up this morning the screen was not working and it wasn’t syncing with the app.
One the back of the device, there is a green and red light constantly flashing.
Ive tried pressing the side buttons and I have tried putting it on charge but neither are working.
Does anyone one have any tips on what to do?
Thanks

Best AnswerMy FitBit stopped working along with the ones listed. It did help to place on charger, hold for 10 seconds and release. Now it works. Thanks for the community response. It truly helps.

Hello @SarahEM! Thanks for restarting your Charge 3 in order to solve this issue. I have seen that you got in touch with our Support Team after posting here. I'm glad to hear they were able to help!
I'm glad to hear you're back on track now @JPG123, @Nanasas, @trryn9, @Hsherman0330, @KateSanders, @Trying2BFit2Day! Thanks for letting us know that the restart or changing the clock face suggestion has worked for you guys.
Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Handyandy2805 and @Chazza123! Thanks for letting us know the steps you've tried so far.
As per the description of your posts, it seems that your devices are still syncing. So, since the restart did not work, I'd recommend trying to change the clock face to a different one to see if that brings the display back. The instructions can be found at: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps, keep us posted!

Best AnswerI've gone through the process of changing the clock face, syncing the fitbit Charge 3 and attempting to restart several times this morning and nothing seems to work to bring back the display. Why does it seem like this is an ongoing issue where we need to restart the device every couple of weeks to get the display working again? I really loved my Charge 2 and bought the Charge 3 as an upgrade but now I'm starting to regret the decision.

Best AnswerThat has worked in the past. I've tried that multiple times this morning as well as changing the clock face and nothing has worked so far.
Best AnswerTried that several times and it still isn't working. I've also tried rebooting the device several times without luck. Contacted support and they walked me through the same steps I've been trying all morning with no results.
Best AnswerI did the say thing putting the watch in the clip and pressing until the simley face came on and it worked. In the begining i was pressing the button on the watch without putting the watch in the clip.

Open the app on your smart or tablet. Go to settings and change the clock face.
That should work.
