Fitbit Charge 3 - Screen Not Working

Hi Everyone,

 

Ive had my Fitbit Charge 3 for nearly a week now and was working fine up until last night.

 

When I woke up this morning the screen was not working and it wasn’t syncing with the app.

 

One the back of the device, there is a green and red light constantly flashing. 

 

Ive tried pressing the side buttons and I have tried putting it on charge but neither are working. 

 

Does anyone one have any tips on what to do?

I have not been able to get my fitbit to work.  I have charged it and still cannot get it to say anything on the face.   Any advice

Put it on the charger and hold the side button for a count of 10. If that doesn't work call customer service. You might need a new Fitbit.

I did what you suggested and held the button in for the count of ten. I saw the smiley face but then it went off and haven’t had anything on the screen. Should I contact customer service?

Try one more time with holding the button a little longer. If that does not work go to your cell phone and change the face of your clock display. If that doest work call customer service.

If the smiley face came on you should  be able to take it off the charger,  squeeze the side of the watch agian and see your clock .

Absolutely...I got mine to work..but only for about a week..however the
time was off about 10 minutes and I couldnt get it to sync with my phone..I
tried to reset it and ran through all the reboot/reset steps finally all
the lights on the back went out and I couldnt get it to reboot...so after 2
hours I called customer service..they had me go through the steps 1 more
time and now they are sending me a new one! Good luck!

I've tried the reset and the change clock face, nothing is working for me.

 

Are there any other suggestions? The fitbit is connected to the phone and is receiving notifications but the screen won't turn on.

I would call customer support..they finally had to send me a new
one..screen went blank..no lights..when i called them they walked me thru
the reset/reboot steps again..when it didnt work they sent me a new one!

I would call customer service at this point and see if they have any new suggestions. It might br the watch that needs replacing.

My screen wasn’t working and I went through all this to try find a solution. Was still syncing and getting third party notifications. At work so I wasn’t able to reboot with the cable. I decided to play about. I changed the clock face and... ta da! Screen came back on. Don’t know if this was just a fluke or what but it worked for me. Hope it helps someone else too!

My screen isn’t working either it’s been like this for about 20 hours now and I don’t know what to do it’s currently charging and I tried to hold on the side button but I don’t know what to do now.

I contacted the Customer service and they ended up sending me a free replacement. It is great. Just like thx other one!
