Fitbit Charge 3 - Screen Not Working

Hi Everyone,

 

Ive had my Fitbit Charge 3 for nearly a week now and was working fine up until last night.

 

When I woke up this morning the screen was not working and it wasn’t syncing with the app.

 

One the back of the device, there is a green and red light constantly flashing. 

 

Ive tried pressing the side buttons and I have tried putting it on charge but neither are working. 

 

Does anyone one have any tips on what to do?

Do what I did. Call customer service and get a new fitbit

Mine didn’t work either. No screen just green lights flashing on and off. I plugged mine into the charger and held the side button down until it smiled and kept holding it until the screen reappeared. Just keep holding the button in and it should come back with the screen, might take a couple of minutes. Hope that helps.

When the restart does not work, if the device is syncing, we recommend trying to change the clock face. The steps can be found atHow do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

my fit bit charge 3 is still buzzing but isn't turning on. I have held the button down for 8 seconds but nothing happened.

  Keep the watch plugged in to THE  clip, then press THE SIDES OF THE WATCH WHILE ITS STILL IN THE CLIP FOR A FEW SECONDS.  IF THAT DOES NOT WORK. I HEARD CHG THE FACE OF THE CLOCK HELPS.Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S8+, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone

I need help with my Fitbit app and I was trying to fixed my alarms it doesn’t turn off and it’s been on now so my problems  were how to get off from the on made to add the new alarm it’s syncing now how to get it off from my syncing mode so I need help

Welcome to the Community Forums @Krohe8! So I can better assist you, would you mind letting me know if you're having issues with the alarms? 

 

If so, I'd recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

 

Also make sure that your Fitbit device is still paired to your account, so the alarms can be synced properly.

My Fitbit 3 screen is not working when I pressed the side button only heard buzz Nd contineously flash green and red light but screen not working.. I brought it just before few months.. plz help.

I'm wondering when Fitbit will release an update to once and for all correct this problem??? It is constantly happening to users which shows a quality defect with the product. Otherwise they should send us all an upgraded product at no charge!
