Fitbit Charge 3 hasn’t turned on in a week

Hi there,

First my Fitbit had lines on the display that looked like missing pixels. Then it wouldn’t turn on. I’ve tried what the forums said about holding the button down. Sometimes I’ll just get a smiley and other times I get a progress bar that gets interrupted with a smiley before it finishes. And today I tried multiple times to change the clock face but the app can’t connect to the device whether it is plugged in or not. It’s fully charged and just stopped wearing it for the last week because it’s been so frustrating. Any tips?

thanks,

anthony

Hello @Calibluechick. Welcome to the community forums.

Thank you for the detailed information. If you've followed the suggested steps and the issue has persisted, my best recommendation is that you please reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.

Also, take into consideration that you can contact them through chat or over the phone and you can click here to get connected, but Phone wait times are longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat.

I just encountered  the same issue yesterday my Fitbit just completely died after what looked like missing pixels for thee last week. It did vibrate with a message before it died but as I was in the sun I couldn’t read it

I experienced the same exact thing. I thought it was an issue with mine alone. I didn't have any cracks or anything on my Fitbit sominwas confused why there were lines displayed. Yesterday it just completely died.
