Fitbit Charge 3 will not charge!

So my Fitbit was due a charging today but didn't seem to like it - I've tried so many different sockets/ports but it just won't have it. I've been trying since lunchtime.

 

I'm now getting absolutely no response from it whatsoever and it's driving me mad, especially since I've only had it 5 months - please send help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @LiamEaton. I'll be happy to assist you with your Charge 3 not charging inquiry. Thank you for letting us know that you have tried different ports.

 

Please try these steps and let me know how it goes:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your device. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  • If  error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • If your device’s battery was depleted to 0%, and it doesn’t appear to be charging, leave your device plugged in to the charging cable for at least 30 minutes.
  • If you haven't used the device for several months, and it won't turn on, leave your device plugged in to the charging cable for at least 30 minutes.

Hi @AndreaFitbit - I've tried all of those steps but I'm still having no success at all. My Fitbit shows no signs of life at all

Hello there. My Fitbit Versa 3 stopped charging today. I can not get it to charge, and have performed all the steps you suggested. Please help.
