Fitbit Charge 3 won't show anything on screen

Hello my fitbit charge 3 is acting up! It wont show nothing on my screen but it still vibrates and is syncing with my phone? What can i do??

I am also on my 3rd since 11/3/18. The last one worked for awhile. Then had issues a couple weeks ago. Then I did the update that very few people seem to have received. It worked better for about 12 hours then it froze. The display worked but nothing changed. Then I plugged it into my charger and held the button down for 8 seconds and now it's dead as a doornail. I'm going to Samsung Active Watch 2. My husband has it for 9 months and NO issues at all and it does more.

I was about to say. This happened to me.

I have been using fitbit for years, so I can go through all the troubleshooting steps to get it back to working order.

Nothing worked. Eventually it turned into a piece of hot iron (or should I say plastic) and burned my wrist.

That's when fitbit replaced it.

I've never been swimming with mine. I was sleeping when it died. So frustrated. It wasn't cheap and should have a much longer lifespan than this.
