    The connection for my Fitbit Charge 4 is broken. Is Fitbit replacing the defective Charge 4’s?

Hi 1truluv93,

 

There is another feed for this question, it looks like Fitbit will...but the warranty will not be extended.  You might want to read through that one and see what folks have done.  Mine broke too, so I ended up fixing it with Apoxie Sculpt.  (Mostly due to the fact I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to replace it and jump through all the hoops.) The stuff worked quite well and I have not had any problems in a week.
