Fitbit Charge 4 stopped syncing

My fitbit Charge 4 is not syncing after the update on 1/10/23. Is this issue being worked on because it is affecting the time and my health journey.

Hi Maria, 

I've got the same issue as angeldwms. Nice to hear that issue was solved outside of this thread, but can you still post a solution to help me?

I had to wait for my cell phone provider to do an update on my phone, and
that's the only way my fitbit would sync. The provider had made the problem
happen in the first place. I had to wait a couple of days for them to do it
and I ended up putting the fitbit app on another device - my IPad, to keep
it syncing.
