The screen isn’t responding on any of the tiles. I get the heart rate for instance but it doesn’t respond to the touch when I look for the details

I don’t know that it’s the phone. Others have had iPhone 12 and had the same issue as I have on my 6S plus. It’s just very frustrating. I don’t even think it’s the device. I think it’s the app. I would advise them to fix the obvious glitch in the app. Today mine was still working at 3.82 out of a 4 mile walk and when I turned on the phone to end the walk it had “dumped” my walk yet again. So I started another walk from the front steps to the bathroom just to get credit for a walk today. The device admonished me for that. I think it said “you’re kidding me”. LOL no I am not. Back at you fitbit. 😡

@last8 Fair one - I'd not hear of the issue manifesting itself on the iPhone 12 - perhaps I have that to look forward to then!

I totally agree that they should fix the app - sadly though I don't think they're going to! Now, if it starts causing problems on the Charge 4 or another "current" model you can bet your life they'll sort it!

I’m pretty sure I saw a comment from someone with an iPhone 12 having the same issue. I could be wrong. I’m trying to hang on with my 6s at least until they come out with another model since the 12 is the first 5G one. Makes me nervous to get the very first one.

This is 100% correct...only occurs when you are tracking fitness. Logging out, deleting and reinstalling do not help.
