Fitbit app's Android bluetooth off notification

Within the last few days the android app is giving me a push notification that bluetooth is off. I know bluetooth is off, I turned it off, and I don't need the fitbit app telling me that. How do I disable this notification?

Let me help you with you bluetooth settings notification from the Fitbit app. Try going to settings > apps > Fitbit and in the notifications area search for sync service and change the settings there.
