Fitbit charge 2 stopped syncing yesterday at about 11:29 AM.  Messages received, looking for device which keeps spinning.  Turned Bluetooth off and on.  Shut off and turned on phone.  I’ve tried everything I’ve read to try to get a sync.....

@Labnu1 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 that isn't syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

all that it’s recording is water intake and days goal met at exercise. I
can’t add the other things back.....

Can I go to Best Buy where I purchased it to see if they can fix it??? I
don’t want to, but should I just go purchase a new one?? I need one!! It
helps me so much on my weight loss journey!!
