For the last few days, I have been receiving the message "Fitbit.com down for maintenance" whenever I want to send a message or "cheer" one of my friends.  Also I notice that the step count totals for me and my friends has not updated when I go to the "Community" section.

I uninstalled the app and re-installed it and that fixed the problem!
