Fitbit fell apart

I've had my Fitbit for 14 months and it has fallen apart. I probably only wore it for 10 months total. I contacted customer support and they only offered a 25% discount from the Fitbit site only. This still means I would have to pay around $100.00 to replace my charge. I really don't want to spend that kind of money again if the product isn't goimg to last any longer than that.
Anyone else having the same problem?
