I was going to use my wife's fitbit. She did remove it from her account. but I am unable to sync it now.
The fit bit tracker is still tracking steps etc..
But when I try to connect I get stuck in these screens.
Anybody has an idea what is wrong?
I was going to post some screenshots as well I seem not to be allowed to do so.

I note that your wife removed it from her account but did she also delete any link to the tracker in her phone's bluetooth settings? If there is still a link then it might be blocking the connection to your phone.
