Hello!

 

Since 2 days my fitbit charge 2 won't sync with my phone nor laptop while i'm connected to the wifi. It starts to sync and shows my current steps, but the other items (activity, sleep, HR, etc etc) are not updated. The second I turn off my wifi and am on 4G, the app syncs everything. 

 

How did this happen and how can i resolve it?
