Fitbit not syncing with Strava

Hi,

My Fitbit (Charge2) no longer syncs with Strava app. I've tried reconnecting my accounts and even restarting my Fitbit. I'm having no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

@micksuv, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Strava integration and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try logging out from both apps, restart your phone and log back in. After this if the issue persist then revoke the access from the Fitbit website and do the same from Strava's side and reconnect them following Strava's instructions here.
