Have a Fitbit premium account to review heart rate during sleep. The graph stopped showing this information about a week ago. Heart rate data works in all other situations. Will cancel next month if it does not return. Is there a setting I am missing?

Followup -- hopefully the ADMINs will forward this on to the Fitbit dev teams
I notice I get the graph IF my sleep time is all on the same day, for example start 1230AM, end 615am -- I get a graph. It's when the graph crosses midnight -- meaning start time 1030 pm, end time 515 am next day -- and I get no graph.
Something is wrong with their calculations when rendering the graph dates/times.

I had a similar experience a few nights ago. For whatever reason (another problem), my Fitbit didn't start recording until after midnight, even though I had been asleep before that. The HR graph was there for the remainder of the night. It hasn't been there since.
Again, it's an app problem and the developers ought to be able to fix it. The data shows up perfectly on my Cardio app, which uses the Fitbit data.

Excellent catch. I just went back and looked at all my sleep data since the update in July, and the only ones showing a waveform are when my sleep period started after midnight. I'll try that tonight and see if can purposely duplicate it. That's definitely something wrong with the app......

I looked through mine as well and you are spot on. If all the data is in one day the graph works fine. Problem is I hope to rarely get to sleep after midnight.
GREAT CATCH, HOPEFULLY FITBIT WILL FIXBIT!!!

Those who are affected by this midnight bug are all iOS users? Thanks for clarification.

I’m affected and it’s on my iPhone.
So I ran the “after midnight” experiment last night (not on purpose
) and yep - my heart rate graph showed. Great catch.

I would be curious to know the answer to this. Is it only on iPhones that the missing HR graph in sleep happens? The iOS and Android Fitbit apps are presumably different. It might help the developers to know this.

To those asking - I never had an issue with the Android app and Charge 2 fitbit.
I'm on and iPhone now... upgraded to that in mid-July, then updated my fitbit a week later in early August do to Charge 2 battery issues. So, yeah guessing it may be just an iPhone app thing.

Yup having same problems and agree we should have an extension on our trial. Fed up that Fitbit don’t have the courtesy to respond 🤬

Sailorlil, I understand the frustration - but the original poster has marked an answer as "solved" so they probably don't even look at it anymore (even though that answer isn't an answer and certainly doesn't solve anything!). I've been trying to figure out how report what I found so it gets to the DEVs to correct... if anyone has idea how to do this, please let me know.

In order to reach the developers we likely need to all call the Support/chat and report it, I’m not sure how much this forum is actually monitored.

I agree. One of my posts was less professional due to my frustration. A Fitbit person sent me a note and I responded with everything that this group has discovered hoping it would help move this to the correct place. That was early last week.

I just opened up a case with FitBit support. We'll see how long it takes them to reply.

Just now there was an available app update for iOS... after the update, lo and behold, my graph from last night appeared! Went back a few days and they’re all there. This was after emailing back and forth with support and trying all the usual (restarting, offloading and reloading, etc). Let’s hope this latest update resolved it!
