Fitbit stopped buzzing

My charge 3 has stopped buzzing when I have done 10k steps. Actually it used to tell me if I needed to move but doesn't now. I can't find anything on it. Help please?

My charge 3 is barely a few months old.

Mine has done the same. Had it since Christmas and it’s not been buzzing or receiving my messages for at least 2 months.

Mine too! I'm going to try a factory reset and see if that works. I tried a "restart" and that didn't work.

Try the DND on Fitbit swipe to the left until you get settings enter then go to DND make sure it’s off

Thanks, I went to settings as there is not a DND part. First there is
brightness followed by vibrations heart rate then sleep mode followed by
screen timeout and about. There us no do not disturb. A long time ago I
could go to my home page and do things but not with the app.

Just checking you do it on the Fitbit it’s self not on the phone app you can also get to dnd by pressing the bottom left side of Fitbit for 3 seconds
