Numerous issues with food logging:
1) I can add custom foods but when I try to select a searched-for item or pre-existing item, the app crashes.
2) The added items' calorie counts are not totalling or showing up in the daily graphs or on the dashboard
These issues started occurring a few days ago only. Before last app update for android. Updated app and have restarted phone, issues still remain.

Hmmm... this is very strange, thanks for posting this. As per the description of your issue, I'd like you to try the following:
After doing those steps, try adding your custom food and see if your calorie count is showing up now.

Hey @DBammm thanks for posting your issue. If possible, could you please connect to wifi, try logging food again, and let me know how it goes? Keep @MarreFitbit and I updated 🙂
My food logging has gone crazy! Choose my own food but when I go to the total for the morning it’s given me totally random food not from my list or even the menu. Update happened a few hours ago. What have you done FitBit?

The same thing has happened on my food log in. I put on what I have eaten and it loads something totally different. Please help! Keep tracking of calories is crucial!
Best AnswerMy Fitbit, I log the food and it just disappears. And my app is up to date and I tried everything mentioned above

As fitbit say in the main thread, some people are able to log food via fitbit.com but other than that there's nothing we can do but wait for a fix from fitbit
The same thing is happening to me today!
Best AnswerSame thing.
This started with me late last night btw. 11 and midnight.
Today its not collecting everything that I log, and some things that are being scanned with the code are incorrect; for example my Wegman's Black Cherry GReek yogurt was scanned and came up as "wavy potato chips."
Please help us fitbit Gods thanks
