Fuzzy gray screen

My Fitbit can’t hold a charge for more than few hours. Then it won’t turn on, when I try to restart it nothing happens but the screen turns fuzzy gray, then turns off. Its new and i keep having to restart it but I’m totally lost now . Please help!

Thanks for the details on your post and for trying to restart your Charge HR. It's odd, that the display of your tracker is turning fuzzy gray before turning off. You can follow the suggested steps in this article: Why isn't my battery charging?  This is in case that this is related to the battery.

 

It's important to confirm that you're charging your Fitbit following the correct steps. We recommend plugging your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or other low-energy device. If necessary, you can use a UL-certified USB wall charger. Don't use a USB hub or battery pack to charge, and only use the charging cable that came with your device. Make sure you've followed the suggested recomendatorios here

 

If that doesn't work, we might have to check your options with our support team. But let's give it a try.
