Green light not flashing

I have no flashing green light so it is not doing my heart rate at night so can't do my sleep score 

Can anyone help please

Hi, @shazza1962 , have you checked to see if HR detection has been accidentally turned off?  On your Charge 4 swipe left until you come to the settings app. Tap to open and then swipe up until you come to Heartrate.  If it is set to off, tap to toggle back on again.  

If the Heartrate is set to On but the green lights are not flashing, tap to turn OFF, wait a moment and then tap again to turn to ON.  Hopefully this will reset it.

 

It is also worth giving your Fitbit a restart as this can fix many issues.

Thank you . I did this turned off and on and also rebooted and its
recording my heart rate in the day fine and has been its just at night for
2 nights its not recording .Though its green when on my wrist I can see as
soon as I take it off it stops flashing. I thought it used to continue to
flash or maybe im remembering wrongly
