Hi there!

I’ve  got the grey lines going horizontally across my screen too!! I’ve tried the restart whilst it’s on the charger and I also tried changing the clock face via the app as was suggested by someone in the community but no luck! I only got it in February so it’s still under warranty.. Anyone got any further suggestions for me to try?? Help please 😞 😞

I started having the vertical line issues with my Charge 3, have changed the clock face, have restarted, have done a deep restart, all to no avail.  Is there a fix for this?????

You will have to contact Fitbit.  They should be able to replace it for you.  I read an article that issues are due to the recent Fitbit update.

One of the support people that responded to the issue put a link in her
response. I followed that link.

Hi there

If you have no luck with the suggestions email FitBit. They were super supportive and replied very quick! After emailing them they sent their suggestions to help, unfortunately this didn’t help me but seemed to have helped others. However they quickly replied with a replacement offer! My replacement is being delivered in a few days!

Really good service:)

I’ve got the same problem also a Christmas present. Restart hasn’t helped. I called support but they put me on hold then got disconnected and they didn’t call back. The retailer refused to exchange as they say the screen isn’t covered by warranty???  Is there a fix?

If all of the fixes published on the board have been tried & have failed,
call Fitbit Customer Service, as your device should still be under warranty
and you may be eligible for a replacement.

I am having the same problem with my charge 3 and have tried everything to fix it but nothing works.  I was on line with someone and was given a case number but as they didn’t help much at all.  They just had me do the same thing over and over with the same results.  What do I do now?  How do I get rid of the grey lines and back to the way it should be.  This Fitbit is only 8 or 9 months old.

That is annoying.  Call Fitbit and they will replace it for you.  It is covered under warranty.  Customer service is usually very quick.

Hi, nothing worked for me either. Fortunately, mine was purchased less than
a year ago and still under warranty. They are sending me a replacement. I
inboxed them via their facebook page and they were pretty helpful.

Call customer service, provide them with your case number, they should
resolve this for you.

I don't believe there is anyway to get rid of the lines. I was finally
contacted by the company and I will be receiving a replacement device
hopefully soon.

You just need to stay in contact with them. How did you contact them? I
posted on their Twitter page and they had me try a few things and answer
some questions then the opened a case for me and then later the same day I
received an offer for a replacement.

Good luck and hopefully the'll do the same for you.
