Hello, I have a Charge 2 and I’m noticing that my device will list a heart rate that does not wind up in the graph on the app for the day’s stats. For example, I know I had several readings at 57-60 bpm this morning but I’m not seeing anything lower than 64 on the graph. This is something I’ve noticed for several days, even from weeks and months ago but I didn’t think as much of it. Now I want to know though: Why is this?

@vivaciousV Thanks for joining us! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with the heart rate data you see on your daily graph. What you are seeing are stats for 5 minutes periods during the day and the heart rate is an average for that period. It could be that the low heart rate readings didn't last too long so this is why you aren't seeing them on your account.
Let me know how it goes.
