Has anyone ever had a refund from Fitbit? They offered me full refund for my fifbit charge 2 which irritated my arm and caused a burn. However I sent it off in February (1st) and have only just recievered the refund in form of a virtual MasterCard which I’m not happy about. I would rather have the it transferred into my bank account seeing as that’s the way I paid for my Fitbit I expect to be refunded back the same way

@rachaeldenb It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Not sure if this is the only method they have for refunds in Support. The best thing to do is contacting them again (you can reply to the case you opened originally with them) and ask them if they can cancel that card and process and direct refund. Hopefully they will be able to help you this way.
Let me know how it goes!

Best AnswerYes I managed to get my refund finally! However I just had to accept the refund via a virtual MasterCard. I was thinking of purchasing the new Fitbit Versa but I think now I will not bother and look at another fitness tracker/smartwatch

@rachaeldenb sorry to hear that you will leave the Fitbit family but thank you for letting me know that you got your money back. Whichever tracker or brand you choose I hope that you reach your goals and have a healthy lifestyle. By the way you could always ask Support if there is a different method for refunds if you still wish to give Fitbit another chance.
I'll be around!

Best AnswerI loved my Fitbit but don’t want to risk having another and suffering another burn/blister from a watch to then need another full refund and it take as long as it has to be sorted
Hi, I didn’t use it personally but my mum used it to make a purchase on Amazon eventually. I did ask if they could just make a bank transfer but they wouldn’t. The whole process with them was a nightmare however in the past their customer service was awful excellent. I however won’t be purchasing from them again
Best AnswerI was sent a refund via a virtual MasterCard. I totally forgot about it and now can’t find how to login/find it, to check the remaining balance. Can anyone advise please? Thanks
