Heart rate function stopped working

All of a sudden yesterday my heart rate function stopped working. It’s also stopped flashing green I have reset it as elf the advice on Fitbit, anyone else had this issue and know what to do please?

Exactly the same as my watch 2 years old, heart rate function stopped working, then battery starts going flat and needing charging every day, then lights on back of watch are continuous and watch now useless. I reset the watch but that achieves nothing

Mine did yesterday.  Noe having trouble syncing and recording.   Lights are still on but not functioning properly.  I just got this in April from my dad who's not here anymore

I hope Yours  is still under guarantee. What I found with my watch is that finally the lights went solid green and became like a laser light
