  1. I was looking to see if anyone has this problem and how it was fixed. The second picture from March 29 was with a different Fitbit and it read the rate throughout the day. With this new one, there are several gaps in the graph. Is there a solution or is it defective. I know how to wear it as the second picture indicates but all of a sudden there is an issue. Can anyone help?image.pngimage.png

Good Luck with that!! They don’t fix any of the existing issues. They just build “new” products with the same issues. Or different ones.
